Clients retain ownership of their own logos, brand materials, and content provided during projects.

Any loss of profits, business opportunities, or data resulting from the use or inability to use our services

Errors, downtime, or interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, email, automation tools)

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

We are not responsible for issues, outages, or data practices of these third-party services.
